Foam pads?

You should always lube a pad with a few sprays of a pad conditioner before usage. You can use a detail spray to do this, most people do not like to do this because some sprays contain fillers and some don't. So your mileage may vary with this.

As far as cleaners go, you want something that can break down the polishes that are embedded inside the foam pad while they soak.

Snappy clean is pretty cheap and goes a long way for pad cleaning. CG Pad Cleaner also dillutes very well.

Now to clean MF towels. I wash anything that touches the painted exterior parts of my car seperately from anything else. Use a MF specific detergent, or if you want to use a laundry soap make sure it lacks bleach and fabric softener.

Nice but I'm wary of the Sasquach MF's. Silk banding around the edges will scratch and mar the paint.

Correct me if I am wrong. Long side is used for washing, QD and buffing wax and the short side is used for removing polish and wax.
