What tensioner is this?

I bought my Whippled 07 at an estate sale with a blown motor and I've been piecing it together. I picked up a roush tensioner not realizing I already had an upgraded one, can anyone ID it? Wondering which I should use.

It is, badass welds too. Going to compare the Roush and it and see which is better
