Wheel and Tire packages

Hi Guys

I am about to pull the trigger on a new set of wheel and tires ( 18"X10 and 18X9 FR500's)

I want to put the widest rear tires that will fit on these rims without sticking out of the wheel wells.

Will a 295 40 18 fit and can i upgrade from a 275 to the 295 rears.

what is the actual section with of both of these tires on a 10" rim.

I'm looking to fill the wheel well, I want to go a Little wider than a 275.
Can you recommend a size you have available?

My car is in storage for the winter, I'm going to take a few measurements on Saturday and them place my order.

I think the 295's might be to tall @ 28"

I just ordered my wheels and tires and the person I talked to said none of the sizes were available.

What happened ?


I been very pleased with the service I have received up to this point, I'm a little disappointed now.

I've built a lot of cars over the years( mostly old Mopars) and I appreciated you taking the time to answer my questions. (much better than Jegs or Summit)
