Wheels question

Hey guys I'm looking at a set of bbs wheels I can get them for a steal
I read the wheel offset guide but I'm a moron .
The wheels are 17x8 with .35mm. Will they fit ?

they should work, will not look funny, just be closer to the well, if you use a tire that bulges, there is a small chance it can rub IMHO

Just 06 stock brakes. I can get a real good deal on them and I will just throw my stock 17" tires on them for now . Maybe throw a drag radial out back.

Personally I think they will look funny being so tucked in.

just to clear this up... stock wheel is a 17x8 with a 45mm offset. the higher the number the closer inside the wheel goes, the lower the number the more it sticks out.

So in this case, it will give it a more aggressive look and bring it more flush with the fender. should look pretty good besides the fact that they're 17's.

well if ur gettig 17x8+35 bbs for a steal, make sure there not OEM wheels from say a subaru sti or mitsubishi evo...the hub bore is totally different and will not fit the mustang and you will waste ur money...and yes 17's IMO are toosmall for this year mustang, but that is just my opinion...and make sure you keep the tire ratio in spec to the car, or it will look really funny (if you went low low profile on a 17)

make sure the hub bore is 73mm at least (most aftermarket wheels if not made hubcentric to the mustang are that size) and you can always get hub rings to fill the space, but honestly yo dont realy need them...just giving you some more info cause you said you were kinda wheel illiterate
