I've noticed my otherwise fine MT82 has had some issues shifting quickly of late, so I started to pay attention to how it acted while driving normally. The first thing I noticed was that it now 'lurches' forward very very slightly when engaging first gear at a complete stop. This all started after my 10.7 pass a little while ago.

My previous experience with other cars makes me suspect the slave cylinder, but this car has low mileage and I'm hoping someone with more mt82 experience can chime in.

The car is stock with a Vortech v3si blower and a Boss intake.

^ yup. The car lurching forward is the clutch not fully disengaging. If you put your rear wheels in the air and push in the clutch and put it in gear, you'll see them spinning.

Justin, mine does it when it gets hot. What do you think? Sorry to threadjack.

I bled the clutch (well, pumped it 100+ times) and it's not doing it anymore. I'll let you know if it comes back.

^I had thought so too.

When I had the backed out PP bolts, the symptoms were different. The car would barely shift, and the car needed to be shut off just to get it into first (unless you want piles of metal in the case).
