Anyone have an issue with one of the bolts holding the thermostat to the water crossover pipe for an 07? I have one that is 1/4" too long. Is it safe to assume that I have to cut it?
Yes you have to cut the factory bolt. I did the same install and the bolt is too long to seat in the blind hole. I cut it with a dremel and haven't had any issues.
