Who makes the Motorcraft MAF sensor 05+?

I need a new stock MAF sensor. I want to use Motorcraft but I do seem to remember that Hitachi used to make the 1999-2004 Motorcraft MAF sensor. So does Hitachi still make the MAF for the 05+ cars? I found a Hitachi MAF brand new dirt cheap. But if they don't make the Motorcraft part I will just shell out the cash for Motorcraft.
