Why isn't it working

Well first off...
On my micro edge controller My RPMS are not moving in the way they should... Tach says 4,000rpms and then the controller says 200..
So my first guess is I connected it to the wrong wire off the engine..
What is the correct wire to bridge from to get a correct RPM read out for say a Shift light or my controller??

If I remember correctly, you want to use the wire that is not red. Each coil has a red wire and a second wire. The second wire is different on each coil.

Thanks guys I am going to try this out right now and throw my sand Wich adapter on while doing my oil change lol.... I'll let you know how it works befoore my oil changola!!!
