The year of your car just changes the coolant piping and whether they will need to send you the HTO early head design plugs and stuff. 808 (Patrick) ordered one not too long ago and his was press fit too I believe, he should be able to confirm it. From what I understand they all use the same upper blower press fit pulley snout now, the earlier versions of the M90 was keyed pulley. I am 99.9% certain on this!! I kind forgot you have cams and gears, Roush won't tune for that, but I would still send in the PCM for warranty and for the plugs.

Yes I believe mine is a press fit too. Roush will send you the plugs without you sending them the ECM. Just call them and let them know you have mods and are getting a custom tune.

Are you doing the install or a shop?? If you do it your self to change the pulley if it is press fit you will need a press fit pulley puller, they are like $150 or some from VMP or others, if you would like I could send you mine pulley puller/installer to borrow and then send back. Just let me know.

Ill be having a shop do it Ive got skills but only in the computer department. Ill be detunning the car with my Diablo Tuner and then have the tuner RE-tune it with my Xcal and smaller pulleys
