Widening American Muscle Wheels?

I searched and couldn't find anything involving offsets. I was wondering if anyone know if you could widen american muscle AMR 10" wheels to 11" for the Rear of the car?

They can be widened but it's about $200 per wheel. http://www.weldcraftwheels.com/index-1.html I don't really think it's cost effective for American Muscle wheels.

He might tell you it is Ill advised to widen non factory wheels. This is kinda true. some low end wheels shipped straight from the manufacturer to weldcraft have been found not candidates for widening.
