cool, i am trying to decide between the wilwood kit and the aerospace kit : http://aerospacecomponents.com/inde...ew=article&id=59:psdrk&catid=21:rbk&Itemid=45 they both seem to be very similiar. i emailed aerospace to see what they think in the way of these holding up for daily driving. i know i would not put them in the front but these are rears and "street only" verison.

On the Aerospace page they specify a one piece bracket with C clip eliminators and a two piece bracket with C clips. The two piece bracket give the caliper float to eliminate knock back. I don't see not that it isn't there that option with Wilwood. On the other hand the Aerospace doesn't have a parking brake that I can see.

ooops wrong page, just look at the 3 at the bottom of this link: http://aerospacecomponents.com/inde...ent&view=category&layout=blog&id=21&Itemid=45 these have ebrakes.

also im not a road racer, I drag race, but the car is a daily driver, im mostly focused on having rear brakes that do not warp or break. the caliper float doesnt pertain to me too much in drag racing.

i also didnt want to start an entire new thread when this one covers a lot of good info.

Don't think there are no side loads on your rear tires when accelerating straight and just one corner or bump on the road can cause you to loose your brakes on the street. Knock back is not only from cornering. Build a 9" rear end or C clip eliminator rear end or use floating calipers otherwise I'll get to tell you I told you so.
