I like it LOW
Why does my car keep destroying wiper motors? This one was not a cheap amazon unit. I can understand why those $40 units only lasted a few months. I forget the brand name of this one, bought at Advance Auto Parts, it's a Lifetime replacement, so I'll get another one, but it's just annoying.
The intermittent function of the motor stopped working. It only works on full on fast. The arms also do not park themselves at the end of a wipe cycle, they stop wherever they're at when you rotate to off on the stalk. I also wonder if this is the cause of my headlights acting weird and it's not the sun sensor.
The pins aren't corroded, I cleaned everything with contact cleaner before installing this one and all the others. There are no leaves blocking the cowl drain or standing water around the motor. The rubber gasket on the connection is still there, intact, looks good. Maybe I'll go crazy with the dielectric grease on the next one's plug/connection before install.
