I ordered one from Steve at Tasca and got a different version of the foam mount/block (one below).

Sorry, looks like it got thrown away during the last shop cleanup. My tire pump burned out the first time I used it so the entire setup was a waste of space for me. I remember seeing the foam piece up on a shelf in the shop but it obviously went in the garbage since then.
