If you can't find something in the classifieds, check on brenspeed's site, they should have V3 non intercooled kits for around that price and Paxton kits as well.

Yeah your prob not gonna get a full setup and less your pour out a little more cash and go with gzmo's turbo setup....he's the only one selling a complete system I believe.

+1 on the brenspeed kits, they arent intercooled but they are complete and right in your price range....I just bought a Paxton 2200SL HO Tuner kit that is intercooled for $3400, but its minus the injectors, tuner and fuel system. If your block is stock all you will need is a set of 39#ers and a Kenne Bell BAP which will set you back about $500-$550 new, if you already have a tuner. If not add another $375. So you'll spend $4,000 for a brand new intercooled HO kit. I would suggest going that route. It will save some coin and make some serious power.
