This is still very much in progress (pic taken after clear had tacked, but checking the tape lines in the vents):

Looks like it doesn't match in the photo, but its just the pearl refracting light at different angle than the fenders. It looks fantastic and I hope I get to bring it home soon.

eh, I've been frustrated as he took this long, but I'll be honest in that he really is putting the effort in.

He was sidelined with a severe sickness for a while, I just wish he had been better about communicating that with me.

On the other hand, he's doing a lot of extra work to make up for the time taken, which I think all the detail he's putting into this will really set off the car. The underside of my hood is art, looks so good how he finished the "unfinished" side.

Hopefully the pearl matches, and he can wetsand it and deliver it today.

these two pins have held on to the hood at 130mph. haven't gone faster than that... yet

I think two are fine...Your's look great outside, while Neema's look good on the inside...decisions, decisions...

I run two now but I eventually plan to run four and delete the factory hood latch. I'll save some weight and be able to better box the radiator.

At any rate David, go with the aero catches. They look pretty cool and feel nice and secure.
