Man my car weighs 3,800 lbs race weight and I don't even have a blower or anything.

Yes cloth seats, no shaker radio, rubber steering wheel...etc. Center gauges are fuel and eng. temp only. This car will one day have Corbeaus, and probably get a rear seat delete and boss 302 gauges.

What where the final gains with the Boss Intake?

Pretty much none below 5k rpms and some tq loss below 4k but the gains up top were amazing. 42hp at 7000rpms mostly because the stocker was falling off power and it keeps making power. I shift at 7800 and its pulling hard. Its never below 5k in between shifts. Tq gains up top were also good and we have been very happy with how its running. :clap:

do you think one can shift that high with a stock shortblock? (7800 rpm). or would it be safer to keep the shift point at 7500?

Both tunes I have had now, both Lund and Bama have had the rev limiter set at 7300. What tuners allow for higher revs? Or is it not safe to run higher without it being a dyno tune?

i have a lund tune, but i have a built motor and run ms109

auto car set at around 7700 or so
