I see the bolts with the cam on them that fits between the front lower strut mounts. But what are these? - https://tinyurl.com/3a9jzu8a - and where do they go?

The two longer eccentric bolts go on the lower end of the front struts where they are mounted to the spindles for adjustment of the camber.

The two shorter eccentric bolts go on the rear end of the front control arm and are used to adjust the caster.

I just read the service manual. "If camber adjustment is necessary to resolve a vehicle alignment issue, then slotting the strut at the lower mounting plate and installing a cam bolt is an acceptable method."
Now I see why the internal cam bolts...

RocknRod those are the ones I use on my GT. My car is only lowered 1" +/-
