hey everyone

i think i finally found the forum i've been needing for this car. i've bounced around allfordmustangs, mustangforums, and mustang source (pre crash) under the name KeneticEnergy; none of those were very thorough on S197 stuff and i'm relieved to have found this forum

it looks like theres a lot of good vendors on board, great amount of tech forum categories, and a two girls one cup smiley icon. this may prove interesting

so i'll shut my fat trap and put up some pics of my daily driver

merry christmas

So long as you don't make posts asking for input regarding aesthetic qualities (i.e. what do you think about this stripe/rims/fake hood scoop/decal), you'll love it here.

Welcome to the board to ANOTHER Texan, woot!!!

tungsten cars are always ready to go.... they dont sit at the shop for months and months.... :poke:

hahaha... but in all fairness, having the car with a busted trans (as well as the trailer) out of the way while we moved and settled in was planned (and extremely helpful). But as of yesterday, all of the excess furniture and misc stuff is out of the garage, so now a car can actually fit in there! Just have to wait until we can get it on a track to dial in the tune, and then I'll bring it home. And once its back home, I can get some specific final measurements and get that damn lift ordered (finally).

Welcome. Everyone here is really chill and easy to chat with. I felt that TMS had the most information to offer (pre-crash as well) on the s197 before I stumbled across this place.

Its like your favorite pub really.

.....As long as you don't have a 2010 because they are ugly and not as good as a 05-09. Ford screwed up on this one and will need to fix things moving forward....maybe go back to the 05-09 look.

No, looks like he's good to go since he wasn't a sucker and bought a 2010.
