Rear Springs 1" Lower

Is there a spring set that will lower the rear of my 05 GT just 1". The ones I looked at go either .5" (Rousch) or 1.5" or even more. I know I will have to get an adjustable panhard bar. Just looking for the spring set.
What do you think?

Calculation of the wheel offset according to the panhard bar. Federweg: Lowering, Versatz: Offset.
The offset according to the flexibility to the rubber bushings is more than the geometry of the panhard.
The full suspension travel is 9 cm in and 10 cm out, so the axle moves 4 mm to the driver side at full in and 5 mm at full out.

Definitely get the adjustable panhard bar. I think there was a visible 3/8" shift to one side. That was with the 235 tires. The 255s add another 5/16"-3/8" to each side of the tire. So that would emphasize the shift.

I have a set (F/R) of new FRPP "P" springs in a box. Had them on for 2 weeks. $150 + the ride if you're interested

Do the trigonometry (or read post #6) and you'll see that's not possible. The lateral axle shift over the entire suspension travel is less than 1/4". The shift caused by lowering springs is significantly less than that.

You can do an easy experiment, take a 3 ft 5 long stick, put it on a table and lift one end to watch the offset.
The fender wheel distance is a function of the panhard angle, the flexibility of the bushings and the wheel weight.
I think if you want to adjust the panhard length you must go to an alignment 4 post lift and put 75kg on the driver seat.
No idea if this makes any difference in driving. At least the PU bushings of the new panhard will do something.

I used an adjustable Panhard more for the factor rear being slightly off center-line (if I remember stock was 1/8 more on the passenger side than the driver?) than my concerns with being too low.

Wheel well to ground level measurement in the rear is 29.5" with a opening gap of 3-1/4" from the top of the tire to the wheel opening.
In the font it's 28" with a gap of 1-3/4".
Seems like the fronts have been lowered, no?20240305_122736.jpg

With the Ford "P" Springs I am at 28" Rear and 27.75" Front.

You might want to just put in the rear springs and see if it levels out... but every car will be different.

This is what my car looks like... Daughter is driving... LOL
