I would go with a 17 up front and a 15 out back then..It looks good too..
Got any pics?

Running a slick/skinny combo on the street everyday is a horrible idea. People bend them all the time. I know a man in Houston(not saying his name) who has had 3 different bogarts come off his Supra while on the highway.
Slicks on the highway sucks, way to much movement. Skinnies on the front suck for braking, plus they all suck in the rain. What more do you want?
Neither the 15x8 nor the 15x10 racestar will clear the front caliper on my 2006 GT.
^^^Just making sure you noticed this.
go with 17's! Jeesh!
Not racestars but you get the idea of 17's and 15's:

Racestars
next question?
Here is mine with 15x10 rears and 17x4 fronts. the fronts are technically Greg welds but are pretty much the same look as a race star
how pointless...
how pointless...
I already explained the downsides of running them on a daily basis.
I do not agree..... I run a 28 alll the time. By the time you put the right amount of air in a dr that was a 28 it turns into a 27ish or lower.Damn, that sucks. I see cars all the time making 700-800 wheel on 315s mounted on 17" wheels. Your going to spin some, that's the name of the game of a RWD car.
Ps OP: Your car is going to feel substantially slower with that big of a 28"-29" tire.
Your looking to put 17X8's up front? You may have said I will bend them, but you failed to give details. I could see bending skinnies hitting potholes and whatnot, but im not running skinnies. I don't see how wheels designed to stand up to the abuse of racing will be hurt just driving normal. So please, if you can point to a thread to back yourself up I will be more than happy to listen, otherwise I have heard of plenty of people not having a single problem on the street.
