It is done and I am trying to get it started. I have had a few stumbles (to be expected though) getting the details worked out. As off right now I am trying to resolve a no spark issue. The MSD boxes check out by grounding the trigger wire manually and send one big ass spark to the plug. When I reinstall the wire connectors to the DIS4 boxes and turn the car over I get no spark. Might be something in the - wires coming from the PCM in the harness. I will test more tomorrow. Hell, it sounded nice to here it turning over today . Everything else is working well.

I had some lights on on the dash from the ABS and the air bags being removed. After some research it seems the Air Bags and the ABS lights cannot be turned off in the instrument cluster, so I took the cluster apart and placed elec. tape between the cluster and the Saleen face and now the lights are hidden. I still have the Check brake system message in the message center and will worry about that later.

I have been working this week on getting all the accessory switches and all working as it should . At this point all I need is spark!! Everything else is in check and working.

Also got the trans fans wired up and working.

Here are a few links to the things I have been having issues with this week.

ITS ALIVE !!!! :clap::omfg:

Well somewhat, I started the car today , man the exhaust sounded good even though the car was idling like shit. I have a couple of codes (P0010 and P0020) so, I started digging and found that the drivers side cam sensor wires were swapped. Well, anyone with a Procharger knows what it takes to remove that connector, yep that's right , the blower has to come off. I removed the blower and fixed the wires on the camshaft position sensor. I do feel that that is not the issue for the codes but would explain the rough idle. I think the codes are from me removing the VCT solenoids and wires . I may have an open circuit there . I will have to dig deeper there. I can only hope it is due to the cam sensor wires but I doubt it sense one of the codes is on the other bank.

As for the no start problem in the above links, it looks like it is the DIS4 boxes . I bypassed them and it started. I and sending the boxes to MSD tomorrow to be tested.

I also got a good scare as the engine ran for a few minutes I started to hear a screeching sound. Turns out it is one of the bolts and nut on the crank support was making contact with the P/S pulley. That pulley has a lot of play in the shaft and makes intermittent contact with the nut. I will get a thinner nut tomorrow. With the custom designed crank support I made and the VCT delete plates I built, I was scared to death I did something wrong. I even pulled the valve cover after the blower was off and verified the cams were getting oil everywhere they should.

The new CAI I built sounds awesome on the front of the car . Its like a jet airplane in the front of the car and a nice rumble out back.

Before I mounted the billet grill inserts I made a 3" hole in the stock lower grill for some nice cold air to get to the CAI while driving. Should help on the road a bit.

I will get some video of it running next weekend after I sort out these glitches.

She sounds MEAN AS HELL!!! That's all I can report for now .

Sweet. The 0010 & 0020 codes are from deleting the vct solenoids and those codes do need to be disabled in the tune as one eyed willy stated.

My VCT should be off in the tune . This is the same tune the car last ran on with the updated deletes. The codes, I feel, are due to the circuit being open. I will call HPP tomorrow and double check that it is off though . Thanks guys. Sure felt good to hear it make a rumble again!

I think it's something other than just turning off the VCT...I believe Lito had to actually disable those codes or something to that nature. I'll shoot him and email to confirm what he did for that.

If the solenoids are not present the whole system has to be disabled instead of zeroed as you should be as of now. Codes are related to solenoids not being there.

Well , you nailed that one ! It was zeroed and is now disabled in the tune . THANKS, LITO !!!!

I will load it up and restart the car in a day or two after I finish the alum. batt. tray/mount I am building for the Moroso S/C tank (now rad. res.) that mounts where the batt. used to be.
