He is well aware. I am at a loss for why he chooses to ignore this issue.

He no longer has mod powers, he can no longer post in the classifieds, I hope that Kimmer is able to make some progress on it.

I think you should revoke his posting ability too, so he can't just sit by and post in his ride thread. IDK.

He can't fix it because he is spending all his money on a car he don't need because he can't afford it. It seems he wants to appear to be a "high roller" to impress people here for some reason (kinda gay). Why else would your goal be to have the longest build thread where really all you've done is swap parts on and off the car over and over and over? Someone needs to set him down and teach him about ethics and financial responsibility!

i figured once i finally posted up that i would let the other mods handle the situation. I have already tried time after time before i posted up to get in touch with him with no replies. After he denied my paypal claim, then i decided to post up. I understand the rules of buying, selling, etc and i know the site is not to be held accountable. I just posted up my situation and was hoping maybe since he is a mod that he may try to make things right. I have had numerous pm's of guys interested in the gauges so im sure i wont have a problem selling them. They are in new condition but just wont work for my car or i would keep them. I am still surprised that he hasnt tried to contact me after i posted up. Oh well, hopefully now there will be a lot more people cautious of buying things from him. I know i will never buy anything else from him and will always check the bad sellers section if i buy anything else from anyone because just looking at someone's rep and itrader doesnt always mean the person is one you can trust. Lesson learned on my part.

Just to update everyone, I had a few guys pm me about these gauges after all this started the other day. I am currently waiting on a money order in the mail right now from Skwerl. This will get most of my money back so i can buy some gauges that actually work for my car(new ones this time). With the deal Caleb and I worked out between my almost new jlt cf cai and some cash, this still makes him coming out to the good so now i am still waiting on my paypal claim to get resolved. He can kepp the CAI as far as I'm concerned. I dont think Caleb was expecting this kind of outcome that this situation has turned in to nor was I. Since it has turned to such a big shitstorm, I honestly dont think he will come in and show himself. Thats perfectly fine with me. I'll let paypal handle the rest. Now we all know how big a coward Caleb is. And lastly, I want to say thanks to all the mods that are doing their best to handle the situation. Hopefully Caleb will never get the chance the dick any one else over again.

A lot more is out there regarding him in a thread a couple months ago. I would not be surprised if holywd had that deleted though.

I know I don't have the cool online "status" that Caleb has, but it seems crazy that he has been allowed to screw this many people and still be allowed on this forum. Just my opinion, but I am willing to bet that if someone like me with so few posts did this once, I would have been canned the first time, and rightfully so. Why don't the mods just ban him and we all move on? Not trying to be a dick and crticize, just calling it how I see it
