I know I don't have the cool online "status" that Caleb has, but it seems crazy that he has been allowed to screw this many people and still be allowed on this forum. Just my opinion, but I am willing to bet that if someone like me with so few posts did this once, I would have been canned the first time, and rightfully so. Why don't the mods just ban him and we all move on? Not trying to be a dick and crticize, just calling it how I see it

In All fairness, the Admin/Mods are VERY laid back, and will give everyone the benefit of the doubt regardless of post count.

I'll be honest and say that they are some of the coolest mods/admins I've seen on the 20+ forums I post on daily.

I agree, he should be pinked until he addresses this, but that is up to the powers that be.

Any member that does something like this is always given a chance to explain and correct it. However, I kind of have a feeling HOLYWD's time is running out before they take a more drastic approach.

We'll see what happens.

Well most people who have been screwed by him are past it. The current situation seems to be getting solved itself as the OP said he's selling the gauges and doesn't care if holydouche keeps the intake.

STKJOCK has deleted all of his for sale threads, locked his build thread, and is currently talking to Holywod through PM. And as stated, banning him would resolve what exactly?

Just to update everyone, I had a few guys pm me about these gauges after all this started the other day. I am currently waiting on a money order in the mail right now from Skwerl. This will get most of my money back so i can buy some gauges that actually work for my car(new ones this time). With the deal Caleb and I worked out between my almost new jlt cf cai and some cash, this still makes him coming out to the good so now i am still waiting on my paypal claim to get resolved. He can kepp the CAI as far as I'm concerned. I dont think Caleb was expecting this kind of outcome that this situation has turned in to nor was I. Since it has turned to such a big shitstorm, I honestly dont think he will come in and show himself. Thats perfectly fine with me. I'll let paypal handle the rest. Now we all know how big a coward Caleb is. And lastly, I want to say thanks to all the mods that are doing their best to handle the situation. Hopefully Caleb will never get the chance the dick any one else over again.

I felt bad about the situation as well. I was planning on buying new gauges from Lethal during their Christmas sale ($360 for new Aeroforce gauges) but decided to bail Oren out on his gauges instead. He did say they were in excellent condition and they are the color I wanted anyway. As long as they work correctly it really makes no difference to me if they are new or used.

Thats what I don't get about this whole thing. You know Holywod could resell these gauges to anyone with a 05-10. Why not issue the refund and re-sell them to someone that can actually use them.

Kind of a weird transaction to take a stand on and ruin your rep. Its not like the OP damaged them or they are not in the same condition as sold.

Paul, after what has transpired I would not have bought them from Caleb. I think the pool of people who would be willing to buy anything from Caleb after this will be quite small. He'll have to stick with selling to the n00bs, if he doesn't end up moving on to other forums after this fiasco.

Brian - I think what Paul's intent was to say, that Caleb could have done it right away, chalked it up to a "honest" mistake, then resell them.

If they take away his ability to post in the classifieds on a permanent basis Caleb will go away on his own as this is the only reason he is here.

You can't give a refund if you're flat broke... supercharger stripped out and for sale/sold... Boss manifold stripped out and for sale/sold... all for 'low end power'... err... sure!

Well first off...it would keep this from ever happening again.

As stated before, the situation with myself and others is long past and nothing can/will be done about them. The current situation seems to be played out and on the verge of resolution without Caleb's input or help.

The simple fact that he has not "man'd" up and replied on here-defended himself or just simply said "I screwed up" tells me that he has no intention of making it right and personally doesn't give a shit eihter way.

When Chris screwed up on the delete plate debockle...atleast he was man enough to post up in the thread to try to offer some sort of explaination and apologize. I believe he eventually made right by everyone also.

I'd hate to see Caleb banned in the end of all this, but it's not looking good for him at all. Just own up to what happened, fix it and move on.

I'd say Pink him to prevent him posting anywhere until this is all resolved, but of course that's a decision the mods have to make.

IDK. HOLYWD has been on numerous times today, and is intentionally avoiding this thread.

It seems he is not responding to the Mods/Admins, and simply does not give a flying F***. He should be completely banned, and threads should be made on the forums he posts on so people know what kind of D-Bag he really is. He is out for only himself, and even though he talks a big game, he is not man enough to come in here, apologize and make it right.

Sorry, this pisses me off. I'd be freaking out if this happened to me (It has, but this situation is different)

How do you expect PayPal to resolve this if you have sold the gauges? AFAIK, Paypal will want you to return the item, then refund you the money.

Well,the way i see it he can just keep the CAI for the gauges. The amount of money i sent him to make the difference on the gauges/sos pod is way more than what i would pay for the sos pod. Now that i have sold the gauges, i wouldnt really request the whole amount of cash back. Just the difference in what i would pay him for the pod itself.
