I like the GT500 spoiler more. IMO, the ducktail you had on there was too big

Ok, now I have to find a roush spoiler to mock up, dont have one of those laying around. Oh wait. I do have a roush speedster sitting in the driveway. HMMM Think my sister would get mad if I took it.

Prolly look on eBay there is a gt500 with a roush spoiler on it with the same still good you got

Not sure if you're wanting opinions really, but I also didn't like the one that was on there. With the lines of your car, I think the GT500 spoiler or maybe a Roush (or even a spoiler delete) looks the best.

Good luck with finding the right spoiler. IMO, this can be tricky with a vert as it looks totally different with the top dropped. One of my favorites is the CDC ducktail, but that requires filling the stock spoiler holes. I have a painted V6/KR spoiler that I may install once the new rear bumper gets painted.

Thanks guys. I am looking for opinions. I might pic up a carbon fiber roush spoiler. The guy is selling it cheap. Then I can see the diference.

I did the V6 pony package spoiler on my GT cuz with a Vert I like the straight lines. I really think that the GT500 spoiler or the total delete are the best looking options for a convertible.

Ok. So I picked up the carbon fiber roush spoiler. Gotta go get it this weekend. I did receive my intake parts a day early. Need one more component before I can know for sure if it going to work or was a waste of time. I think its gonna work out just fine for the common person without having to spend a fortune for a custom one.

You got it for free? That's sweet and that'll look sweet on that vert. I would leave it as is cause it will mesh will with the black convertible top

Not much updating. Installed my fuel system with a little hiccup, but that is all good now. without the tune it threw a rich bank 1 code.

Dropped my hood off at the painter so he could get to work smoothing out the underside. Gotta make some calls to some tuners, I am leaning towards Job Spetters at Super street/hell bent as they are going to be doing the cage also. Probably going to have all that done before paint, cause I and my painter will not be happy if they chip the paint.


Here is the roush spoiler, I am digging it big time.

I posted a vid of the exhaust and also with the cutouts. Sounds nice and deep.

When it goes in for the tune I am going to try and be there and film it. I want to be done with the car, but I keep looking for more potential. Maybe next year I will drop in a 5.4 with a mammoth or just keep my motor and go twin turbo or 1 large turbo.

Tomorrow is the day. Car is getting dropped off at Hell bent/super street for the tune. Might be a day or 2 before I get it back.

Little nervous, but I am confident in my abilities. Hope to put down some nice numbers bit also be safe and driveable.
