For me personally I would splurge on seats, I mean thats were you spend most your time in the car. Get a nice set of Leather Recaros or Cobras (if leather is what you).
Splurge, yes. But not without 'auditioning' a number of candidates.

What fits and is comfortable for one person may not be at all acceptable to another. For example, BigRis would likely have a lot of trouble even getting into a seat that I (at 4" shorter and a bit over a hundred lbs lighter) might find reasonably comfortable. Depending on BigRis' specific physique, either my son or son-in-law who are somewhat heavier still might have trouble with his best-fitting seat. They aren't even built the same, so one of them would have more trouble than the other.

I do like the stock seats of our cars, heck have you ever sit in a new edge? WORST seats ever made!!

But if I could change my seats, it would be for the 2013 shelby recaro seats, but I bet those will be expensive :(

I've noticed Ford seats in general are hard as cement slabs. Couple of weeks ago I installed seat heaters and added an extra layer of 1" foam under them. Makes the seat bottom look a little "poofy" but only someone familiar with Mustang seats would notice the difference in looks. Only did the bottom cushions as I have no complaints about the seat backs.

Sure is much more comfortable on my scrawny butt and the seat heaters feel great on my lower back.

Off topic, but who's going to be the first to bait a traffic camera with the little gem in Wicked's sig? Or display it over their plates at an autocross or a track day instead of just painter's tape?

Of course, it would be pretty insane to spend that much money on something you haven't tested. I fully agree.
