Fast forward to recent times and watching their names appear more and more in the magazines makes me think they have gotten too big too fast and success has made them forget what made them good which was a quality product at a reasonable price with good customer service...added to reading some of the bullshit that Steve gets on here and spouts off has pushed a lot of potential customers away from them.

Nope, Chris has always been an ass who insults women.

Blow By Racing screws over OP.
Blow By Racing refuses to make it right.
Blow By Racing makes up shitty excuse.
Blow By Racing disappears(as always) after being bashed repeatedly by multiple users.

Did I miss anything?

id kinda agree with this, what happens sucks but it seems like he said could have bought a wide band and moved on. not saying it would make everything right or what you should have to do but would have been alot easier than fighting them and your cc company for who knows how long

I personally would of taken the store credit its not like OP spent thousands and thousands it was more along the line of 200, i would of taken the credit which is basically the same as cash and got me a wide band, oil, some suspension or atleast something to make me feel better.

Maybe he doesn't want gauges in his car. I wouldn't have wanted store credit after an experience like the op's.

Because if a company treated me like shit and didn't deliver a product as promised, I wouldn't want them to have my money period.

Many times companies and political figures will buy up domain names that are derogatory or defamatory to them. It wouldn't surprise me if BBR owned that domain.

I can gaurantee that they don't own that one

I have a bbr tune.. I am not taking sides just posting my experience. I have an email tune from bbr. When I got the car it supposedly had a dyno tune. The car put down 335hp and 330tq. It ran like shit, and was horrible to drive. My first tune from bbr worked so much better than the supposed dyno tune the car had(Strickly Performance). But my car was throwing codes left and right. After about 6 updated tunes from Chris the car seems to be the best it has ever. I have NEVER seen 31MPG until I installed this tune. It also seems to be the quickest it has ever been. I have only ever talked to Chris and updates came fast. I know 5 or 6 updates seems a lot but I only drive 4 miles a day. And now it seems to be dialed in. I'm going to put it on the dyno to see what it puts down.

Maybe they hate BBR but I'll bet the driving force behind something like that would be to try and help others not get totally screwed.

Of course I have no first hand knowledge of this, just my conjecture :)

You know Greg, you could've just handed me your money, and I would've just kicked you in the balls a few times.

You'd be in about the same position as you were after doing business with those guys.

Oh, don't worry...what goes around comes around...

Whether its me telling others about my negative experience with BBR or some other form or fashion of Karma, I'm a firm believer in that concept.

Goin to bed guys, the wife needs some TLC ;)
