I bought a 3 inch cowl hood from AM and front and rear GT/CS bumpers. I need them painted and was just wondering around what price it is going to cost. I got a quote for 1300 today but that seems high. My car is black so it seems like since the uderside of the hood is already black it wont cost as much for that. I was thinking probably 800, does that sound right? Also, I have a roush spoiler and was thinking about changing to the gt500. My concern is the holes that hold the outter pieces on will need to be filled. Anyone have that work done and want to share how much it cost them? The guy I talked to at the shop today said it would probably be 1000 a side!!! Yikes! I will just keep the roush if that is how much it will be. Anyway, I just wanted see what you guys have had done and how much it cost. Thanks for sharing!

400-500 a panel for a good shop is what I would expect.

had my fiberglass cervini hood painted last spring. sand, prep, paint (black) was around 800. make sure you have a good place do it. I'd say the quality on mine is only decent because I started seeing stress cracks within 3-4 months

Thats what I was thinking for the hood. I thought the bumpers might be less since they shouldnt need much prep.

my hood was $450 painted. Rear spoiler painted, fill the holes with metal and repaint entire lid was $400. Side scoops $125. Chin spoiler $100. Shops will vary on pricing.

$1,300 is a pretty fair price... My front CS on my Bullitt was around $350, my rear bumper cost around the same and I would anticipate at least $400 for the hood...so it may be a little high but not outrageous by no means.

4-6 for hood and both bumpers? That seems a little low. I am hoping to get it done for around 1000-1100

Haha I am going as fast as I can! They said the bumpers won't be here for 2 weeks. The chin is actually spoken for. It is cracked anyway. The only thing that is not already claimed is my stock hood.
