Tune question

I know this is like beating a dead horse but I figured I'd ask here since there are many knowledgeable folks on this site who can give good advice. My car is stock currently but wasn't always. I had the steeda intake and tune originally and never really had any issues.

After the first oil change my car had the infamous tick and this in combination with all of the number 8 failures I chickened out and reverted the car back to stock and after a few visits to the dealer to get various tsb's done regarding engine ticks, they flashed my car with an update. I'm really wanting to retune my car but am a little apprehensive. Without going custom dyno tune is steeda a safe tune to run? Which canned tune in your opinion is the one I should go with? I'm not looking for the most power but safest and reliable if there is such a thing. Is steeda good enough? I can't do a costum dyno tune because there is nothing close enough.

I am a big fan of Shaun at AED. I am working with him right now on a tune. He has you datalog and send him your logs back and forth several times so it ends up being almost as good as a dyno tune. He is a great guy to work with and his customer service is second to none! The guy was emailing me at 11pm at night! In my humble opinion he is the best there is for the 5.0 ..... but you know what they say about opinions!

I can set you up with a Custom Lund tune.

Lund Racing is has tuned or help tuned the 6 of the 7 quickest 5.0's in the country.

What mods do you have installed? 450RWHP is on the high side for bolt on's only.

5.0 guys are making some good power, must be those aftermarket CAIs.
Get a Lund tune.

I ran a 8:20 1/8 mile on stock 245s spinning all the way into third im going tonite on my drag radials
