Please post up pics of your set up!
You might check out the Wolfe chute mount too. They are top quality and hand built. They are local to me and everything they do is high quality. I bought their 10 point cage kit and installed it in my car and it fits nice and tight.

I know it still opens , but it is somwhat close. If you plan on running a wing they will modify the mount to extend further out to clear the wing, so they could modify it even if you don't run a wing.I wonder how hard is to open the trunk on that set up as i have a fuel cell and intercooler tank there!
OP, what specifically are you looking for info on? The mount, release, style of chute, brand of chute, etc.?
I will say this, a chute was a BIG help in stopping my 3800# street car from around 150mph. That much weight and poor brakes was rough at tracks with the shorter turn offs. I use a Stroud spring launched chute (part# 430). It came highly recommended for ease of packing and non-jarring deployment. I had packed several brands and can say the Stroud was nice being it gets packed into a bag and then put into the pack with the spring. At the top of the track I pull the release and the car has a gentle pull as it quickly decelerates. WELL worth the price.
It is on my foxbody. I use the Wolfe rear bumper and chute mount. Great construction and build quality.

This setup from JPC is about the slickest I've seen for our cars.

after having one of those chutes with the spring packed in with the chute you will quickly HATE IT!
shroud launcher! used the cable to pull the spring back put the cross pin in put shute in bag and lace up and pull the pin! no big ass spring to smack you in the face or chest
The launcher set up is nice and does have that advantage. But I would not say I hate packing the spring style lead chute. I pack my Stroud chute by myself with out issue or hassle.
Very cool! R u using a simpson chute? Btw what wing is that one?
the old RCI (think it was an RCI) gave me so many issues keeping the spring in place while packing it
