Nice! Roundabout $$ estimate on one of those monsters?
If the CHE brace is the only option on the market, and it works, what would be our reason for making one? Just because we have a 3-letter name and it ends with an R.....doesn't mean we have to play that game.![]()

Hi Kelly I checked with the guys at Dez racing today and they said in order to do the welding of the tubes it will have to come out of the car and into a jig as mentioned here earlier. They also felt that since I am on a stock clutch, not running slicks, not launching at 6grand and the power level I am at (422rwhp) that I should be safe. Does that sounds correct?
Also I was the one that purchased bushing kit last week. Thank you for the service that you provided on that!!!!
There was a guy on AFM recently who twisted his tubes on the street in a stock power Coyote on street tires and aftermarket rear suspension.
$2000-2500.
Wow that seems like more of a manufacture defect then. Is this more of a problem with the newer models or are you seeing this will all 05+?
Yea mines definitely twisted. I tried every combination of rpm and tire pressure to get mine to hook yesterday and all it would do is a 1.88 and all it would want is to pull right and be squirly to the point I had to shut down. My rear is cockeyed and pinion angle is 0* so getting it all fixed when I get home, found a guy with a jig and chassis shop who can fix it right. Gotta find a adjustable upper and mount as well.
In that case, I sure hope these welds hold! Lol.
For those of you who welded the housing/tubes yourself, what kind of wire and heat are you using?
I'll be ordering from you guys sharad at the end of month![]()
Sounds good man, I'll send you the discount code when you're ready!![]()
EDIT - No, the MIG beads on the bracket are not mine. Just wanted to clarify.![]()
LOL, that's the first thing I saw when I scrolled down! Thanks for clarifying.I don't TIG, so I'll probably just have my chassis shop handle this when the time comes.
Getting sales from my thread, do I get a kickback?

Just got a return call from a customer with a 2013 Boss 302.
We spoke last week and I told him about the twisted axle tube phenomena.
The car has BMR Billet LCA's.....Adjustable UCA.....BMR-Panhard Bar.....BMR LCA Relo Brackets.....and H&R Super Sport Springs.
He confirmed the axle tube is twisted today. He is having the dealership install a new rear axle housing set-up, then having it welded.
