Took my 13 gt with the track pack and summer tires out for a drive this morning on a country road and played with the car a little. first gear wheel hops bad, doesnt matter if i launch hard or if i stab it after clutch is out and the car is rolling. my auto car didnt have that problem it just lit the tires up. i need to do something because i dont want to be breaking the transmission or rear end. any suggestions?

aftermarket UCA and mount or a Roush anti hop kit (the UCA and mount together as a package deal).

With the stock GT springs I wheel hopped extremely bad. With the K springs I have absolutely no wheel hop, even with 5k RPM drops on drag radials dead hooking.

Shocks + Springs eliminated a great deal of my wheel hop problems.

The reason you get so many different responses is that the stock suspension is garbage. Period. Yes, it's much improved over previous years, but still woefully deficient for the stock power levels. God help you if you add more power and don't upgrade the suspension.

I assume the sticky summer only tires are why i'm seeing it on the M6 car and didnt see it on the A6 equipped car.

O RLY?

Then how does a fully stock suspended car minus front swaybar and with rear QA1 shocks go 1.50 60 foot?

Eibach Pro springs on all corners solved my wheel hop issues and simply made the car a hell of a lot more fun to drive. No more crazy nose diving and body roll and the stance looks pretty good for a small drop. The only other thing I had to do was a pan hard bar to center the axle.

Running the stock shocks without a problem...no camber bolts needed (but people will recommend them) Toe may be slightly off but a simple alignment will put all that in order.
