Good plan! I sealed mine a couple years ago using that same product (I have a thread on here about it) and it makes it so much nicer to work out there and keep things clean. I even find myself mopping once and while to clean up all the crud that comes in with the snow in the winter.

Nice! So how is the floor finish holding up?

Holding up nicely. There are a couple scratches in the clear coat, but no peeling or lifting. The key for durability is all about prep and making sure the floor is 100% grease free. I spent more time prepping than actually applying the product.
