"What this article fails to say is that both cars had racing fuel at the least and some reportts said air plan fuel. This was not just an alleged race, it could not have been anything but a true street race. I am truely sorry for the loss of the other racers life. However, but for him and the man on trial, Thomas Glenn Frazier would have been alive to see the birth of his first Grandchild. He would have experienced his daughter buying her first home and much more. He would have been home to kiss his wife good night before bed each night. These two grown men made stupid juvenile decisions that cost an innocent person his life and his family a great part of their world. Personally, I feel if he were any kind of man, he would admitted his part in this and took his punishment. He should not have made this family go through this with a trial. Not right away. If he's out on bail, and if found guilty of a felony, they'd do a PSIR next in preparation for sentencing. After that, he'd be given a date to report to prison by. Alternatively, the judge could deny him the opportunity to self-surrender, and send him to jail right after sentencing to await being transferred to prison. Judge could also send him straight to jail after conviction, prior to sentencing. Depends on a lot of factors.

As much as this situation sucks i cant help but wonder what really happened.

I want you to know that we werent street racing, we pulled out, accelerated fast yeah, never exceeded 80mph then his car spun out.

How bout this, no racing fuel first off. Second the jury found me NOT GUILTY!!!!!!! The found me guilty of reckless driving and that's it. I didn't kill anyone. I'm sorry for the loss if Mr Frazier, but what about Dewayne? He isn't worth any less than Mr Frazier. This is over. NOT GUILTY of MANSLAUGHTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
