I've already bought a new motor, bigger blower, fuel system etc.

It made 746rwhp, went to grab 4th, made a loud bang, black smoke everywhere.

Rod let go, sent a piston sideways, three holes in the block.

I know you said you sent the rod let go but do you know why it blew? The rods are usually good up to 850HP I thought or am I wrong on that>

I never said I wasn't hard on things. But you're 100% right, the motor let go, a good bit below its its max.
