According to the coolant crossover you have, this is for 05-07!
But it's very easy to swap it to a 08-09.
This is the only diffence of these kits.

Coolant routing, that's all

Gotcha. Even still, I want the ad to be correct... hopefully a mod can see this and correct that for me. Thanks for the information guys, I had no idea. Better to learn now than to piss off someone later.

Thanks again.

You're welcome bro!
I don't know why this is still for sale. This kit is complete...no fuel pump/injectors to buy, just got to install and run.
Still need some colder plugs though but 2000$ is a very fair price.

I was going off paxtons site, since they had 05-08 listed as the same stuff:

http://www.paxtonauto.com/product.php?id=103

If that is false, then of course I will change the description, I honestly thought they were the same for 05-08.

07-09 have a different coolant crossover and need a thermostat housing spacer.

This kit is capable of well over 500rwhp. I have a build thread with a Paxton 1200SL. It started out non intercooled and I was able to make over 490rwhp on a glory run. Keep in mind that I have a built motor. As time went on I added a cheap do it yourself intercooler and had a safe 462rwhp on gasoline, then pullied it down for 501 iirc. Switched to e85 and made 57xrwhp.

Non-intercooled thread: http://www.s197forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=69867&highlight=paxton&page=2

DIY Intercooler: http://www.s197forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=70369&highlight=paxton

Conversion to blow through: http://www.s197forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=71719&highlight=paxton

There should be plenty of info in those threads to answer questions. $2000 is a great price. This is a basic blower that can be built upon over time.

FYI shipping insurance would cover any loss or damage.

2 local sales pending.

If both those fall thru, here are the order of 'dibs' on shipping (based on order of PM's received):

1) DJ Phi
2) JHouston1911
3) K_Brogoitti

Shipping will be somewhere in the $100 -$120 range, buyer covers Paypal fees.

Edited post #25 with the list. Meeting up with a local member tomorrow night, will update if it sells, however it seems that we've reached an agreement via text.

Still waiting to hear back from local #2.

Some reason those 2 fall through, then I'll go down the list, first one to send funds gets it. Thanks guys!

Thanks man, it was definitely a very difficult decision to make. I'm still kinda bummed this isn't going in my car, but I know I'll do it in the future.

Good luck Chris no one on CMC wanted this??? WTF

Got a few PM's, no one stepped up to the plate. The guy I've been talking to is a member of both that forum and here I believe, I just don't know his username. The other local guy I'm talking to is off craigslist, and it's for his dad and he's just doing all the research and installing it. So that guy is just taking a while because he's coordinating with his dad. Odds are it will sell tomorrow night to the CMC/S197 member. Hopefully at least, I would be pissed to make an hour and a half drive for no reason... lol.
