It flashes a little over 3k from idle, I've never paid particular attention to the foot brake rpm. I'll have to look. When the converter was done, Chris said it should be around a 3200.

To answer your other question, from what I've seen, they make within 25ft/lb, and the higher the boost the, closer the numbers.
