New here... Can you run 18x10's all the way around?

AM has a sale on the 5 spoke saleen wheels but they are 18x10 and in the discription it says they are rear only. Are you able to run them on the front? Iam not looking for a staggered fit. My mustang is still stock 4x4 hight and stock break set up. Can they be run like that? Thanks!

I have run 18x10's and am currently running 20x10's all around with plenty of clearance.

We're all doing it with no spacers, and if we can do it on lowered cars, it can most definitely be done with stock suspension.

Supposedly the issue is with clearance of the front springs on the stock suspension. Coilovers and a lot of lowering springs are not as wide as stock springs, and will be less of an issue.

At least that is my understanding.

If there's a clearance issue, it's not because of the 10" width, but more because of the offset of the wheel itself. With the correct offset (somewhere around 40mm), a 10" wide wheel will clear without spacers, regardless of springs..

My 18x10 D-Force's cleared stock-style struts and springs just fine in the front.

If there's anything that doesn't clear, it will be the swaybar endlink stud. That is easy enough to cut down and smooth out though.

Sure. 18x10 SVE Drifts (43mm offset) front and rear with Nitto 285/40-18 555s all the way around. Fits perfectly, no rubbing ever. Car is lowered about 1" front/1.5" rear.

American Muscle 10th anniversary 18x10 (+45) replicas for me. For now running 255's all around. Yeah they're stretched a bit but not too bad really. Already had the tires that are practically new so I'll have to wear them out before getting at least 275's on there.

Thanks for the info. I guess I always just assumed you were lowered 2+ inches because of the AST coil overs you were running. I was ready to buy some AST's myself until I was told that they really need to be run at 2" or more of drop to stay out of the internal bumpstops.

Hmm never heard that....the picture with the forgestars is 2+ inches though
