You will love the TrueTrac, best limited slip differential you can buy for the 8.8. I can easily spin the tires by applying pressure to the gas pedal, but my car stays straight as an arrow with the TrueTrac.

I will be putting a trutrac in my car this winter also. Pairing that with a CHE Axle Brace, antisquat brackets and my FRPP diff cover. Should be a pretty stout rear then.

I have found the Trutracs for $475 shipped on ebay too. Not sure if that is the cheapest, but its the cheapest I have found so far.

I love mine! I only noticed a little noise from mine. Some people have had issues with sound. Sean, the one with the twin turbo 5.0 that KEN B did, the alpha car, had a tru trac installed and it made noise, so they opened it up checked everything out, put in new gears and it still made noise. Nothing that noticeable though. I don't even notice anymore.

Got my tru trac from JPC!

I'm going to do the axle brace and diff cover too. I already have lca, lca relocation brackets, panhard bar, Koni yellows and springs.

If you have amazon prime, amazon carries them for $464 shipped. The beefed up rear end, McLeod RST and 1 piece driveshaft will just leave the 3650 as the weak point. Ill probably just build it when it breaks.

Here's another positive endorsement for the Trutrac. Mine works great. Follow Eatons advice on fluid and you won't have any problems. They say to use mineral oil, no synthetics. I used regular Valvoline 80w-90.

Cool deal. I am still undecided for the suspension. Can't decide if I should do Strange adjs with BMR springs, or a full adjustable airlift kit.

Airlift would be nice! My car ran a 1.75 60 ft just leaving at 3500 and I have H&R Supersports. I was kind of surprised

Yeah, just not sure how well the airlift will do for racing. Although, since I only race like once a year, the airlift would be cool(and helpful getting in and out of bad driveways).

And with that new hotside you can slam it with no worries!

Yup, almost forgot- no synthetic gear lube. I went with Lucas and that stuff is thick as bear snot. Took forever to fill the differential because it was so thick. Been almost 2 years with no issues. I have a little bit of gear noise but that may be due to all the hard launches at the track.

As long as she holds together and works properly that's all that matters! When I was at the track my rear end wanted to lock sides during the burnout, so it definitely time to upgrade

I imagine with the wire tuck taking this motor out is probably even simpler now hey

I've never taken one out with it all intact but I can imagine yes since there's no big fat wiring harnesses running on top of the motor

That clutch is fine, good for at least another 20K miles. You're just throwing money away replacing that.
