All done again. Well I can drive it again anyway, still needs and alignment and tune adjustment. The new mods really woke the car up. You can feel how much more responsive the turbo is with full 3" exhaust from the manifolds all the way to the bumper. The weight saving on the front feel pretty good too. All of this is almost as great as the improvement from switching to a TR6060. This trans is light-years ahead of the 3650. The only issue is that I can not get it into reverse at all. Not once did it go into reverse. Didn't try to shut off the car and put it in reverse then restart. I don't know if Liberty made it so you have to have the reverse lockout set up to get into reverse or not.

I did drive the car today. It is a little rich and only got up to 12lbs of boost, but it ripped the tires loose at 70 mph with ease. It is AWESOME to be able to drive this thing again. The new stance looks awesome, and with the way one eyed willys kit is layed out I actually have better ground clearance than I did with the ON3 kit on stock springs.

You can pull the lockout spring to see if it helps. The stock shifter will work fine without the lockout engaged but it gets harder with an aftermarket shifter. You are going all the way to the right, correct? It's right and up.

The TR6060 is something that most people can't comprehend how much better it is than the 3650 until they experience it. Even with the stock shifter it's so much better. IMO that's because of the better and bigger internal components. I couldn't see using a polished turd (built 3650) after experiencing the 6060.

I take it you are in love with your car all over again, congrats!

Yes Bruce. I have a blast driving it.

I was going all the way to the right and up, but just could not get into reverse. How do you remove the lockout spring?

gil_ty2 has described it before with pictures. There is a cover on the bottom that holds it in.

Don't do it. Get the connector. You will miss 5th once and kaput.

This is the connector:

http://www.bmotorsports.com/shop/product_info.php/products_id/900

Just apply ground and 12v thru a switch.

Added: Why you should have the connector? IF you won't EVER do a 4-5 WOT shift, and will only use 5th while cruising, you may remove the spring or lower its tension by cutting it. IF you plan to do a quick 4-5, don't do it, I've been close to doing it while forgetting the switch active, is SO easy.

^ With the stock, KR and Steeda shifters you can, after I installed the MGW, I just couldn't anymore. Don't know what shifter Fuel has.

I have a Pro 5.0 and believe me, it is impossible to get into reverse.

I thought I was going to bend a shift fork before I gave up and pushed it out of the shop

Good to hear its running Josh, I havent had such luck. My convertible top leaked by my back seats while I was on deployment and shorted out some wiring, fuel pumps, fpdms a few other things so havent been able to drive the car.

Decided to go return and use some corn this go round so Im in the process of installing the return line and regulator. Also got a new dual Fore hat with an aem-e 340 as primary and then a walbro 465 as backup pump that comes on only in boost with the FC3 controller. Justin rated this pump setup at 925rwhp capable with 1000cc injectors at 40psi base pressure on e85 so its a pretty stout setup. I like that I will just have the one pump running at idle/cruise and then have the big boy come in when needed. Once I get the car running it will be time to install the twin kit though. :)

The 6060 is tricky to find reverse at first. I could not get into reverse to save my like for a few weeks after the swap then eventually figured out how to do it. For me I have to move the shifter to the right spot at the right speed to get past the fork and up into reverse, now its easy and second nature.

Having an issue with my LC-1 wideband. Anyone had an issue like this. It keeps switching between flashing the 7.4 which is what it does when it first starts(while it is heating up the sensor IIRC) and then will switch to 21.9 which is as lean as it will read. Keeps switching back and forth between those two displays. Anyone know what might be my issue?

Yes, getting the wrong wideband, lol. I have been very unlucky with their units, with time usually they all start giving errors like this in customer cars, the only one I know holding up quite well is Dysan's. I rarely use my LM-2 with dual sensor when I have a suspicion on bank to bank differences and it keeps doing weird things. Usually a new sensor solves it.
