Brian how often do you need to get smogged? After having taken the factory H off and put the offroad one on the car - it's a piece of cake. Probably take you 30 minutes with a little help.

It'll be 2019 or 2020 when I get smogged the first time in my '14, so I'm starting to seriously consider an off-road H-pipe.

I used to have the Lethal H Pipe and fitment was perfect. And it sounded good with my Kooks catback.

Car in the shop right now for the 3.31 gears and eaton tru-trac. DSS aluminum shaft on order. Once I test this combo out I'll order the Circle D from Mike.

My '14 GT is a daily driver and I love the Circle-D 4E that I had Chris set up for nearly 5,000 rpm's. RPM's are your friend with a Coyote automatic.

Same here
We lock converter @ 35mph in 3rd gear under light throttle and it drives like a stock converter under mild throttle
Mine flashes 4,500 rpm @ full throttle

What is the difference between a "C" and an "E"?

I'm glad kdanner knew the answer as I sure didn't. The 5C didn't flash high enough for me so I contacted Chris at Circle D directly to see if he had any other options. He told me that he could push their 4E to any stall speed I wanted, so we went that route. The 4E isn't on their website in the drop down menu for the 245mm converter, and Chris said most customers with street cars are afraid of that much converter, but he said I'd be happy with it and I sure am!!!

Better runs today at US 131! Great air and advice from Chris at Circle D to load the converter hard instead of leaving off idle. Best of the day was 11.88 @ 115 with a 1.68 60' That's better! Car still has the spare in the trunk, front sway bar and Ford oil in the pan!

I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a circle D, to call Chris directly. He will Taylor a converter to your mods perfectly.

So got the car back, drives much better with the 3.31s but it is going back next week.

Shop forgot to install the trutrac. They reused the stock diff. Ugh. So got to wait for the tru trac to show up and then take it back and have them swap the diff.

Chris is gonna restall mine next week to a 4E for nitrous!
Think it will go 5,000-5,500 on the gas :eyebrows:

Cool man, it's going to be a beast. I've used Chris in the past on GM vehicles, and he was great. Does he still do 1 free restall with billet converters?
