Before you say it, I know these are "only" $30 a piece, these cost me $5 and I had some fun with it. Shout out to Adrodz for the hook up on these gauges to!
Final version of the pods: 2" PVS, 2 8" long sections. 8 set screws, a drill, and some black paint (I used some model car paint, doesn't leave the spray paint smell)
I have it where it all fits into the pod now, so I can pull it in and out as needed. All in all I'm pretty happy with the end result
Testing the original idea, changed quite a bit!
Sealed unit, so no hot or cold blowing on the gauges although I don't know that they would be affected.
And on a side note, these gauges are like crack. Tested them in my car tonight to make sure everything work OK, played with them for at least 30 minutes!
