I got 32-35rwhp off then with my 93 bama tune with 2* of advance added.

This was with just full bolt on's...

2-4 hrs. Depends on poo breaks. Lol I did mine in two.

No. It can be turned off and usually is during the datalog and tuning process but after that it should be turned on. The only time I didn't turn it back on was with a suck through Paxton setup. It would learn bad habits from the backwash. After it was changed to blow through the adaptive was turned back on.
