Changed the oil in the mustang today, then fo uh nd out I didn't have enough oil . Have to pick up a quart.

Installed BMR rear lower control arms (poly/poly). Rear feels much better (and I don't drive like a maniac, more like grampa). No increase in NVH either. The hardest part was cleaning out the old grease gun so I could put the Super Lube silicone lube tube in, lol.

Well shit started to get serious with my build. I don't want to get into the technical nuances with you fine gentleman since I know it might be over the head of some of you but basically I took off this badge that was on the car. I know what you guys are thinking -30HP by removing the badge but don't worry, I figure with the weight savings from removing it I should be good to go. :thumb2:

Drove it at Atlanta motor speedway for my first track day in the mustang. It was epic to say the least.

I did the same thing Friday, I usually buy two of the 5 qt. jug/filter combo specials and two single qts. I forgot I used a qt. from the jug last time.
