I dont drive it so i couldnt tell ya. It is actually getting tuned today with new 80lb injectors for track and street but since i have a returnstyle system, fuel cell, i have no clue, and i havent driven it lol

id assume it all depends on your rear gear ration since 3rd gear is 1:1, i currently have 3.55s.

I know you have a lot invested, but you have to drop the price some IMO.

A brand new TH400 with everything minus the DS and support brace is around $3200 from Mike's Transmissions and that is for the 'ultimate race' models and Mikes Transmissions is one of the best in the game on the west coast.

Good luck though and just trying to help move it...:beerchug2:

For the guy who asked - the do make TH400 now with OD but you can't 'convert' you have to buy an EOD version.

I dont know but 3500 with 2 convertors, driveshaft and crossmember, shifter and linkage doesnt seem like a bad deal to me, and is there such a thing as a new th400? I was under the impression they stopped making them back in the 80's ur just getting a remanufactured peice regarless? iono just asking there cause they are all old trannies.
