... I've searched I've read I've done what everyone has said and I can't seem to get my damn window to work right. I've had this happen before and did my search and got it fixed but not this time. So the power up and power down all work also the the auto up and down works. What it's doing is when it rolls up all the way it hits the top and then rolls the window down to half open. So I can't ever roll my window all the way up and the door open window roll down and back up when the door closes doesn't work now. The normal trick of holding down the window button doesn't seem to do anything for this problem.

any help is appreciated.

Sorry for the rookie question.

Calibrate the window

In car with door closed and key in on position but not running engine, press the down button and hold for 2 seconds once fully open. Release, close window and once fully closed hold for 2 seconds. Calibration complete.

Edit: You said you tried that. Let me find the instructions for the other method.

IIRC the calibration procedure is in the manual

Yes the normal calibration doesn't work as the window just rolls down to half way as soon as you try to do the roll up and hold button part.

Did you disconnect the power to the window while it was in travel before re-learn mode? Read somewhere that this was a step - not sure if it was in the manual. If that doesn't to it you can re-adjust the travel limits.

Did not try that.

So as the window is in travel you pull the battery?

Yes, or the fuse.

Here was the TSB from when I did mine. It didn't help and I adjusted the stop limits.
