Hey guys, I need some immediate help here.

I ordered a few parts for my mt82, and i am at the transmission shop typing this. The gentleman who is putting my tranny back together can't seem to find, and neither can I, find where this new bronze shift stop bushing is supposed to go. Either we just cant figure it out, or we got the wrong part sent to us.

Can anyone let me know where this is supposed to go in my MT82?

Thanks in advance.

Yep, that's it.

Sorry, I found a pic online after I posted this.

Tranny is back together and is ready to go back in the car. Im hoping to be driving it home tomorrow.

Any advice on break in?

I'm not aware of any particular break in procedure for a transmission. Did he put in a new clutch?

Don't dog on it or over rev it for 500-750 miles. Also don't get on the highway and cruise for extended periods at one speed. Optimally you want to take it easy on the clutch but vary your speed/rpm often until the clutch is well seated to the flywheel.
