4.0 manual transmission information.

I posted a form about rebuilding my 2007 ford mustang’s transmission a little while back. Im trying to get this car back up and running and i can’t figure out for the life of me what the differences are between the t5 in mine vs the rest(not saying there different i need information) i can’t seem to find the same transmission for sale used. Im at a loss because i need my car back up and going and i need a transmission to do it but i cant find one at all. On top of all this it keeps stalling out when i come to a stop i haven’t been driving it much because of the trans but im loosing my mind trying to fix this car.
