^^^ Love seeing American Muscle being admired by Germany. How fast have you had it up to over there?

I looked at so many brands I can't keep the names straight. I have a friend who already is running a five spoke version of the Vossen CV3 in machined silver on his white 14 vert, so I was trying to find something slightly different. I looked at KMC, Niche, Rovo, MMD, SVE, Rohana, and had settled on a Niche set, when the guy I was buying through showed me these Vossens that had just a few miles on them, and made me an offer I couldn't refuse after I saw them on the car. Otherwise I could not have swung Vossens on the budget I was trying to stay at and still went over some. color matched them for me and clear coated them in eggshell. They were orginally Bronze and I wasn't wanting Bronze after seeing so many Subaru's running around in white with Bronze wheels.LOL! Plus my stripes weren't exactly complementary with Bronze.
Nice! I wanted Vossens as well but I had a similar budget as you. I had settled on Niche when a friend offered these up and I couldn't resist.

I was going to go with Niche Essens or Forms. But this all worked out for the best. I still can't get over how well the car rides on them. I expected the car to ride like a Stage Coach after the swap, but it actually rides quite nice.

Finally got the front down where I wanted it without having to resort to Coil overs. Strange single adjustables up front now with BMR GT500 Drag Springs. Drop was right at one inch and just clears pulling in the driveway.

Still have to get it to the shop and get some of the negative camber out of the alignment, but I'm happy with it otherwise.

Have you upgraded your shocks/struts ? As I didn't notice under your signature  Also how is your ride quality with the Nitto NT555 G2's ?

Not as of yet, plan is for bilstein hd struts and shocks with GT500 mounts. The tires seem pretty nice for the little mileage i've put on them so far.

x2 onthe G2's. I went from 18's with Nitto 555 series to 20" Nitto 20" 555 G2 series and the ride quality is comparable. I was expecting a harsher ride but my skepticism was quickly put aside.

The GT500 mounts do provide a noticeable difference.. I was also considering Bilstein hd struts/shocks as well, but decided on Koni yellows instead, as I wanted an adjustable damper.. I also didn't notice under your signature as to whether or not you added either camber bolts or CC plates, being as your lowered by 1.5 inches in the front.. With just 1.3" lowered in the front with Eibach pro kit springs, I had to add Eibach camber bolts in order to get back within factory alignment specs.. Anyhow if you already haven't done so, you'll also want to look into getting caster/camber plates due that your lowered in the front up to 1.5 inches..

Nearly a year later, I'm also pleased with the Nitto G2's with the exception of the ride quality being a bit on the harsh side.. However that could be due from having my Koni yellows adjusted between the firm and soft settings

I haven't had the car aligned yet. I have the factory strut mounts spun 180* which gets the camber a lot closer to stock when lowered.

Just so your aware, turning the strut mounts 180* will only help get the camber closer, however they are not considered as adjustable mounts.. Even with my GT500 mounts spun 180* it still took adding Eibach camber bolts in order to get my front alignment within factory specs.. Therefore I wouldn't just rely on your strut mounts..

At any rate, I would look into getting your front alignment checked as soon as possible.. As you don't want to begin the process for wearing out those awesome G2's prematurely
