How do I get this bolt out of here? BMR K-Member. Bolt turns with a breaker bar. How do I pull it out of there?

Figured out that I "think" the bolt is seized to the sleeve in the bushing and that's what's turning. The right side came off no problem. Did some reading on seized bolts in bushing sleeves and didn't like what I read. LOL. Any ideas?

HA, cute. Yes, I've beat the shit out of it the best as possible with the room available. Damn thing won't budge. I'm just going to cut it off.

Getting there. Freaking bolt is thick. Using a reciprocating saw and a Diablo Torch carbide teeth blade. About half way through the bolt.

Glad you got it off. A little late and that is probably too wide but I've use a ball joint or tie rod separator tool many a time to push a stuck bolt through.

Looked at that too, even tried a big C clamp, but don't think I had enough room due to the steering rack. What I'd give for an electric steering rack to just unplug and remove. LOL

Same thing happened with both of my rear lower control arms on my svt focus.
Cutoff wheel in an angle grinder was the only way. I tried a ball joint press, rigged up a setup for a 7 ton puller, heat (caught the bushing on fire), slide hammer-nothing worked. I accepted reality and got to cutting

Yeah, I started watching videos about numerous ways to do this and I said the hell with that. Reciprocating saw, good blade and cut the bitch off. LOL BMR did take care of me with a couple of new bolts which come in tomorrow.

HEAT always works for seized bolts heat that Bitch up !
If it is rusted to the sleeve, the bushing will catch fire long before the bolt breaks loose. Or the bushing just melts and the sleeve spins round and round. Learned that from experience. Bolt still doesn't come out until you cut it.
