I’m swapping a gen 1 coyote into my 06 GT. I’ve got the 11-14 pcm, engine harness, and the PBH body harness. What all do I need to do in order to make my abs, tcs, and ac all work still? I saw someone who modifies the 06 harness in order for all that to work but that requires running 2 pcms and from what I know someone on here had achieved this without running 2 pcms. Thanks!

No idea on running 2 pcms.
Cannot help with ABS/TC, as mine does not have ABS.

In theory, it could work as long as the can bus is connected.
In reality, I think there will be issues because the abs module and pcm need two way communication. Based on what I see with just the instrument cluster, communication is one way. Cluster reads pcm signals over the can bus, but pcm does not see data from the cluster. (Miles and fuel level are not seen by the pcm) So wheel slippage will not be registered by the coyote pcm from the 06 abs controller. This is only my theory though.

From my research, TCS can't work since the Coyote's version is too advanced for the ABS on the 05-09s

I think it has more to do with abs to pcm communication, or lack there of it. It is one way only, pcm to abs (vehicle speed).
Traction control logic is in the pcm, and since the pcm is not reading the abs, it cannot detect wheel spin difference of the rear wheels to front wheels.
IMO, it is either a network address issue, or a non compatible protocol issue. Again, my opinion here as noone tried to get it working. Most just disable shit that dont work. lol

I see one possible solution to get abs/tc. Install an abs module from a coyote car. That will communicate with the pcm. However, the EPAS may also be part of the system and needed.
